groSolar acquires Energy Outfitters, an Oregon based solar energy distribution company.  This purchase makes groSolar one of the largest solar distribution and installation firms in the US. 

groSolar receives the second round of Venture Capital investment.  All the first round investors participated in the second round, which was lead by new investor NGP Energy Technology Partners.
