Doing business with groSolar has never been easier. Now you can take advantage of full partner functionality by logging in to groSolar's on-demand, integrated business management software.

The groSolar Customer Center allows you to:

  • Enter an Estimate
  • Place an Order
  • Track Shipments in Real Time
  • Download the Latest Pricing
  • Search for Invoices, Credits, RMA's, Estimates, Sales Orders, etc
  • View Invoice History

The groSolar Customer Center allows you to run your business more efficiently and effectively. Order groSolar pre-engineered solar packages saving you time and money, track your order and manage your business using this helpful tool. groSolar is driving efficiencies in the solar industry and how passing them along to you, our dealer.

Get started today by requesting your personal login by emailing . Please include the name and email address of the contact person at your company who will be managing orders.

 

Already a groSolar Dealer with Customer Center Access? Go to the groSolar Customer Center.

Instructions to get started:

  • Once you login, use the center navitation (in yellow box below) to do things like Print a Statement, Print a Price List, See A/R Register, See All Transactions, See Orders, Enter an Estimate, See Estimate, See Return Requests and See Items Ordered.
  • Use the left side navigation (in orange box below) to Set Preferences, Change your Email/Password, and conduct Searches.

  • To Enter an Estimate: This function is great for heping you price out a system for your customer. You can use this function to Enter an Estimate or proceed to an Order.
  • Select Enter an Estimate from the Main Page. Get started by adding items to your order in the Items Section. Click the double arrow in the Item field for a list of items. Add ad many items as needed. Click Submit to complete your Estimate or check off the "This isn an Order" and click Submit to place an order.

  • To Change Your Email Address or Password:
  • Select Change Email/Password from the Main Page (left side Setting Navigation). Enter new information and click Save.
