Typical financing options include:
- No Lien Signature Loan - finance up to $20,000 with no collateral required. No fees and no pre-payment penalties apply. Pay only for the money you need and only for the time you need it. Options are available for deferred interest payments in some areas.
- Home Equity - use your existing Home Equity Credit Line or add a second mortgage. This allows you to obtain long-term financing, with the interest being tax deductible.
- Home Refinancing - the solar energy system can be added to your existing mortgage with a refinancing, or included in a new home mortgage. This allows you to enjoy a payment period of up to 30 years. Fixed or adjustable rates are typically available.
