Chief Operating Officer

The Position

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer will hold the primary objective of managing all hands-on operational aspects of the company based upon an annual plan created and implemented by the COO. The COO is also responsible for the establishment and development of a management team which leads the key organizational functions, including financial planning and control, direct sales, distribution, marketing, product development, product management, network management, human resources, and customer service. In addition, the COO will assist the CEO and CFO in the aggressive and successful growth of gro.
