How do I become a groSolar Dealer?

We are on the roof daily installing solar, working with inspectors, learning best installation practices or job site management and also selling products to the end user. We can relate to your business and understand the process you and your business will experience. We have done it !

Do you offer credit terms?

groSolar offers many payment avenues including credit card, wire transfers, ACH/Direct Deposits and checks. Terms are available for approved dealers.

Do you offer special pricing for large quantities?

Yes, typically, we consider a large order consisting of 20kw or greater. Our goal for our Dealers is to insure you gain the customer contract and remain competitively priced in the market place. You may benefit from a groSolar supply agreement which will provide competitive prices for a duration of time. We offer competitive prices on all of our products and warehouse locations throughout North America to support smaller or large orders.

Do you offer engineering support?

groSolar has some of the best engineers in the industry who can assist you with your project. We offer product selection and consultation for your projects at no charge. If further engineering support is requested, we require a fee for the service.

Will you drop ship to my site?

Yes, we can provide a job site delivery for larger projects, but a representative must be present to accept delivery. We typically deliver to your shop and utilize commercial freight companies which often saves you money. We also work with dealers to insure product forecasting of orders, products and tools to have on your trucks at all times to be the most efficient in your installation practices.

How do you handle warranties and service issues?

groSolar has support teams in place to assist you with warranties and service issues. We also offer our knowledge from our experience installing solar on rooftops. If a warranty or service is required, we will utilize the manufacture for assistance.

What type of training do you offer?

The solar industry is changing rapidly and it is important to stay on top of the latest education and installation techniques. We believe in continued training and offer videos, webinars, hand-on installation training and classroom training. Full details about all of our upcoming trainings can be found on our Training page. Please speak with your Regional Account Manager about sales training at your location.

Can I see you at a trade show?

We attend a number of industry events throughout the year. However, the best way to see us is through one of our Trainings

You are both an installer and a distributor. What do you do about channel conflict?

A key part of our objective is to get as much solar on as many roofs as possible. groSolar understands that we cannot do this alone. We rely on, support and have successfully worked side by side with dealers in every region in which we work. In that sense, we have and will all see far more benefits when we pull together to complement one another rather than conflict with one another.
